7 Days Home quarantine for International Travellers is compulsory from Today



The Central Government has issued the mandate for 7 day mandatory home quarantine for international travellers from today.


Due to sudden hike in covid Central Govt has issued this mandate to home quarantine international travellers and also issued a list of countries including South Africa, China, Australia, United kingdom and few more countries to be on high alert for people travelling from these countries. They have to go from testing at airport.




There is a step by step process what should you do if you want to travel India.



  • Traveller must have a 72 hour prior of their arrival RTPCR negative report.

  • After arrival at the airport they have to go through a thermal scanning at the airport and also few of them have to go through random testing if found negative then they have to must follow 7 days quarantine.

  • If anyone found positive then he/she will be immediately move to the medical facility reserved by the govt of internatinal travellers.

  • After 7 day quarantine, travellers have to take RTPCR test again and also submit the negative report on the air suvidha portal of respective states.
