You have to visit official website that is https://www.tin-nsdl.com/index.html
Step #2 - Then go on Pan services
After landling on the official website go on the pan services below and the go to the correction on the pan card option.

Step #3 - Apply for change in pan
After clicking on change or correction pan option your have to apply on the change in pan options.
Step #4 - Choose physical card requirement.
