Every journey has a end, Now kholi's journey as a test captain has come to an end now. Virat Kholi has step down as a test captain from the biggest cricket board BCCI. Virat has already left captaincy from ODI and T-20 in 2021
After south Africa loss by 2-1 in test kholi decided to left captaincy and focus on his batting and continue India to serve this way. He also thanked BCCI and indian cricket team for this beautiful journey.
If we see Virat's journey as a captain we can see this as a very successful test captain. He and his team has won many series that india has never won before, test series of england tour is one the example of this.
He also thanked MS Dhoni and also mentioned that he believe in that and also thank ravi bhai and support staff for the support he received throughout his journey.
